From the moment Matt knocked on my door and introduced himself the service he provided on behalf of Merlin was excellent. He dealt with the claim in a most professional manner but what impressed me most was he actually seemed to care about our loss. I appreciate in view of what some people lose in accidents our loss was minimal however a long term collection of crystal glass including some of my husband's mother's glass dating back to the 1930's and some presents from people no longer with us was devastating to us and Matt dealt with it very promptly. Due to water damage in my house caused by an overlowing WC on the 18th April I contacted my house insurance and within one hour I was contacted by a loss adjuster from Merlin who advised me she would contact a company who would come to my property and sanitise it until Monday when we could get the matter dealt with.  I was very distressed at the time and she calmed me down and reassured me she would get it dealt with... through this whole dreadful experience of getting water damage to my house Ashley has liaised with me and kept me fully informed of what was going on, even on her days off she returned my calls. 

I have never received such excellent customer service from a company and have felt confident and reassured during this process.
