Merlin announces New Loss Adjusting Regional Manager

Andrew joined Merlin in October 2001 as a trainee Loss Adjuster and after working in various divisions within Merlin was promoted to Head of Special Investigation in May 2009. Andrew is currently working towards Fellowship of CILA after gaining Associate status last year and winning the 2009 Institute Prize, which is awarded to the candidate who achieves the most meritorious performance in the CILA examinations.
Russell Crewe, Director of Loss Adjusting at Merlin, says that Andrew’s promotion clearly shows the company’s commitment to developing its people: “Merlin’s investment and commitment to training is well known in the industry and we have a robust succession plan in place that also has a focus on contribution of individuals,” he says.
“Andrew continues to make a considerable contribution to our business and is a perfect example of an individual with a clear and supported career strategy.”
