Technical Expert Joins Merlin's Service Centres

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Patrick Toole as Technical Manager of our Service Centre division.
With his time split equally between the two Merlin Service Centres in Manchester and Birmingham, reporting to Kevin Wood (Chief Technical Officer), Patrick will be managing the continued development of Merlin’s technical strategy and the delivery of its Total Claims Management Solution (TCMS) offering. Patrick’s primary focus will be the enforcement of a robust and technical framework alongside an experienced team to successfully deliver Merlin’s desktop managed claims. Patrick has over 22 years of experience in the handling of surveying and building issues within the insurance arena and joins Merlin from GAB Robins.
